Shipping/Returns

Shipping:

After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process your order. Once process all orders are prepared within 5 to 10  business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Notes:
1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
2) Express Shipping outside of US takes an additional 5 business days due to custom clearance. 
3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

Returns: 

  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s). Shipping costs from initial order are non-refundable
  • Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, not damaged, no odors, tags attached, free of stains and pet hair, no stretch marks on latex. Packaging must be in the same condition with no bends/tears.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.
  • Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  •  Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
